New Circle1 small  About eNotary

In late 2017 Texas passed the RON (Remote Online Notarization) rules in the State of Texas. The RON format was adpted by other States in succession. I noticed it in 2018 and immediately recognized this would be my future career. I obtained my credentials and started learning. At that time, there were around 12 States with RON Notary Rules in place. The the Pandemic hit and the RON format spread Nationwide to 48 States. ROM Portals came on board, then Title Companies and then Mortgage Lenders. I contract eClosing eNotary services for Title Companies and eSettlement services for Mortgage Lenders.

Currently RON Rules are all State Level, however, there is a Bill moving through Congress for National Level RON Rules Nationwide.

It won't be long before Blockchain Notary comes to pass as well. Technology is moving fast with Electronic Documents and Authenticity.

As I move into the Web3, I began expanding my Journal Archiving capabilities for Electronic Documents. Notaries are required to keep Notarial Journal activity records for 10 years. It is my opinion eNotaries should expand with their own Journal "eVaults" Archive for the Web3. I have been developing an Open Source Protocol for my own Archiving and hope to see further adoption as we move into the Web3.
